Great community and security. A close family member just moved from a gated community in Apopka that's no longer gated or secured. You still have to check in like it's gated, but the squatter's and thiefs just go through the holes cut in the fence. In the recent year's that place she lived for the past 20 years has become over populated with squatter's and crime. Zellwood Station is clean, quiet, free of squatter's and crime. It's a good feeling knowing she's safe again
Beautiful place to live. The grounds are immaculate. It's peaceful, friendly and plenty of things to do. Very active and well maintained golf course. The pools are great!
