The technician, Zack, was great. Very knowledgeable and honest. He did the AC tune up and let me know that everything looked good. He did recommend a few extra services and explained each to me (absolutely no pressure). One I was already planning and one made a lot of sense. The others I turned down. They were able to do both of the extra installs the same day. Couldn’t be happier with the results and with the company. Will definitely use them again.
Jorge Rodriguez provided service for me today and was very informative about what he was doing and what I could do between services to extend the life of my products. I am glad that I had the opportunity to meet him and feel that his employers should feel honored if all of their employees are as competent and helpful as Jorge. Chris did a fantastic job. He was knowledgeable about his craft and let me know what he was doing each step of the way through the process. He was careful of my flooring and of clearing the area of all debris when he completed the job. It was great working with Chris. He is a great assets to Will Fit It. Would like to have him for any other issues that I might have with my plumbing. This was the second time he has come to my house to repair a plumbing issue. GREAT WORK!!!!!!!:)
Our electrician David was so helpful. From the moment we called the office to get someone out to help us up until the moment the electrician left, we were taken care of. He respectfully wore a mask, gloves, and shoe protectors while carrying out the work. He helped us understand what he was doing and shared tons of information with us during the process. We will definitely use Will Fix It again for future household repairs. This was by far the smoothest experience with a contractor that we've ever had.
Great service! Came a day earlier which was very much appreciated since we had been without water due to a busted pipe for about a week. Mason found the leak and fixed it within a couple of hours. He was very professional and polite and did a great job. Mason made sure everything was fully functioning with our water and even water heater once he was done. Price was reasonable and I would definitely recommend!
