I was very impressed with the simplicity and ease of which they made the whole process. The website allowed me to browse the cars on the lot (with excellent photos and description), apply for financing and get them the info for my trade in. Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant and non-pressure experience. The price was excellent, staff was friendly, and my son has said everyday since that he loves our new car.
We found a car we were interested in and contacted the dealer. We were able to go out right away and test drive the vehicle. The car was as advertised and in great shape. The buying process was smooth and we were in and out of the dealership quickly. Matt greeted us when we got to the dealer and made sure the car was ready for a test drive. The agreement on the new car and trade was a good one and we came to a quick agreement. Mike arranged for financing and had us in and out of the finance office quickly. All in all an excellent experience.
