I was a walk-in customer who didn't have an appointment. I live in the South Bay but was visiting the Larkspur area when I had some lights in my car come on. I asked them to check out these lights as well as do an oil change and tire rotation, and they were able to fit me in. They had an Uber drop me off at a nearby mall where I could do some holiday shopping while I waited. When the service was complete, they had an Uber pick me up and bring me back to the service center. All communication while I was away was conveniently over text. Plus they were able to look up all my warranty and maintenance information so I didn't have very much to pay; just for the nail repair for my tire. Overall very happy with their great customer service.
