Bad experience. Seemed ok at first. Hotel seems newly renovated and smelled fresh but our room had a big mold spot. I was willing to overlook the spot rather than complain and switch rooms but then the next morning we discovered absolutely NO breakfast, not muffins, no juice, no anything. Website says reduced amenities which generally means less time allotted for service and less variety -it doesn't mean NO AMENITIES!! Could have and should have stayed at motel six, for the price of this place there should be something to make it worth the cost!!! Stay away from any Wyndham, when I called the 800 customer care they were the absolute worst -Jenny the supervisor was useless and rude. Never will I stay at Wyndham again. Marriott is the best.
The staff were professional and personal. Due to covid-19 we weren't able to use any of the amenities. In my opinion we should have been given a discount. Otherwise it was very clean and well appointed.
Nice, clean rooms. Ample parking. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The bed pillows are a little uncomfortable and I believe there was died blood on one of them which is why only 4 stars. All in all this hotel is great and we will definitely stay here again.
Stayed at this location and it’s always so nice at a great price. Danielle has helped us during two of our stays and is always so delightful & makes the process of checking in so easy.
Doesn't respect my cellular privacy. I have not ever stayed at your hotel, I only met a co-worker in the lobby. I continue to get requests to "rate my experience". Your multiple request to post is an invasion of privacy & if a family member looks at my cell phone, someone could get the wrong idea. You asked me to contact you directly, however you didn't indicate "your name". I will not pick up a co-worker / guest from your facility ever again - they'll have to meet me at a nearby restaurant.
