Spent almost $7000 on heating and cooling unit. On days when it's cold it doesn't get above 66 degrees. Called and came out twice wrote down the same numbers both time and never heard back. It's bad when you have to bundle up a 2 year old to stay warm in the house. So is that how we do business? Tell people let me go check it out until labor warranty runs out. According to your guy it was the thermostat he put in cause he didn't know how to work it. So he was going to look up info then get back to us. That never happened.
The owner, Nick, is a great business owner and knows how to take care of his customers. He really stepped up to the plate and took excellent care of us. He above and beyond what most small business owners would have. I highly recommend Nick and his crew.
Good old service. The technicians were "Steve" and "Matt", I'm pretty sure. Friendly guys that arrived first thing in the morning. My 2 year old wasn't afraid of them. In fact, she talked to them. That's saying a lot, trust me. They kept things clean, quick and timely. Price was honest and what I had in my head for the necessary job. I'll use them again, for sure.
New gas line and vent free stove install..David was very knowledgeable .Now I will be cozy and warm no matter what Old Man Winter may bring !
Honestly I love the bathroom looks ,the shower is looking good but there are a couple of places on the wall that look bad. The mirror just seems cheap . The ceiling has grey paint in like 4 spots and the right side of the shower top the the ceiling has grey on the ceiling. It is not what gives them the low review. I am disabled and the mess that was left behind was terrible. There was at least a half inch of dust everywhere in my house. It took me a week cleaning everything...when they came in my house it was spotlesss when they left the mess was overwhelming. Paid a lot of money to have the bathroom done. I was not happy with the giant shower head they put in ....it was broken ...I called the next day and a lady answered the phone ...told them who I was and she ask did we do some work for you... yea spent over 8 thousand and they had no clue who I was. They came back a day or 2 later replaced the shower head. Called them 2 weeks after the job was done had a couple of issues with my other bathroom. They came out as soon as they could and fixed everything.... I would highly recommend these guys. Mess and all...more than worth it.
