I dropped off a package that already had a shipping label. Very easy. Very rude employee during a 5 second interaction. Luckily I didn't have any additional questions, so I avoided her wrath. Even if I did have questions I probably wouldn't have asked due to her attitude.
Woman working there clearly hates her life and wants to make it your problem. Prepare for angry, hateful vibes.
great service every time I come here. lines might be too long but when staff is only a team of 1 at times, it's understandable. If you don't mind the wait, this place takes care of you. So many services this UPS store provides.
I would not recommend using this store. Employees are unable to handle basic requirements for the job. Packages have come up stolen as well before reaching the main hub downtown.This place is is under piss poor management. Corporate needs to remove all licensing from this location.
The worst. Apart from the dreadfully slow service, they only have one person working on a Saturday morning ie their busiest time. They only allow one person in the store at a time so everyone else is forced to line up outside on the sidewalk in direct sunlight in 90 degree heat (nowhere to sit either - perfect for when you’re likely holding a large box). Additionally an old man walked up yelling that he was in a hurry, walked right to the front, and was helped right away. There was only two parties ahead of me when I arrived. I left after 30 minutes, moving up only one spot, and the line was twelve deep behind me. There are plenty of UPS stores, and all are more competent. I will not return despite it being a block from my house. And no one else should either.
