We had Branch Environmental conduct an asbestos test in various parts of our 1909 house prior to purchasing it knowing we would be doing a number of renovations. I was not surprised when they found asbestos in the laminate flooring. There was also asbestos in the drywall in one of the bathrooms. Luckily the bathrooms and the kitchen, where asbestos was found, are going to be the sites of the most drastic remodeling so having it removed killed two birds with one stone. Branch Environmental did an amazing job removing the hazard. They really went above and beyond what I expected and for a reasonable price considering the detailed work. Everyone on the crew was very friendly and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend them for any of your asbestos removal projects. I've attached a few of our before and after photos for you to check out. The kitchen and pantry had old laminate containing asbestos which they removed completely, down to the original woodwork and underlayment. You wouldn't even know it ever had laminate there. There are also photos of the gut of the downstairs bathroom!!! What a job that was. Thank you guys.
