Lisa the receptionist was very professional and helpful. I called ANOTHER first company to get a rough estimate of cost because I knew what the problem was. They harshly pushed me to book an appt and told me no one will give me an estimate. Lisa at this company, however, told me that based on the age of the machine and the general description of the problem that the estimate for labor and parts could possibly not be worth the expense of getting it fixed. I might call back for service after doing a little research myself, but it will definitely be here, not at Dillon's.
I came in looking for parts for my washer. I found out that my parts were discontinued. However they helped me out with a refurbished dishwasher for $40less than my parts. I will use them again and refer others because they helped me with what my end goal was. A working dishwasher that day! They are awesome!
